The plushie and it's rightful owner is finally reunited <3



That man there is the reason why Jade's boyfriend has the same hair as the plushie. Elan has the same hair out of accident (he loved the spare one I bought for Elder that ended up not fitting Elder).

The plushie was made after Syfen's long time crush, Raleigh, who broke his heart in an alternate universe rp. Raleigh is my own personal character, and honestly I am not that fond of him as he's really an asshole who's just too dumb about dealing with others. I liked his childhood when everyone called him a monster though :B

Anyway, I think Syfen is my character who is most like me. Among all my characters, I think he's also the only one who's most forgiving of me^^; He was merely sullen and uncooperative when I allowed Raleigh to fall in love with someone they've just met (not that Raleigh had ever returned his feelings). In the end I couldn't give anyone new to him. He's just all "Mmm, that's nice *polite smile*" or "Okay, I don't mind keeping him company *polite smile*"

He just wouldn't be attached to anyone else on his own. Which is why I want to return Raleigh to him. Raleigh is such an asshole. He's poison and he hurts Syfen, but if that's what Syfen really wants, I guess he could have that. Possibly he'll be able to get through Raleigh's walls sometime soon.

But yeah. I can't blame him. I never wanted to let go of my own poison too. But meh. People choose what they want to do. You choose what you want to do. Others don't have to follow through with your choice. Four months and counting and I'm still stagnant like this :/

My MNF Seorin arrived on Friday and, as lamented previously, he didn't come with the full set of goodies he should have. And, yes, this really did disconcert me as, well, I really *had* been counting on him coming with everything he needed.

He also came with the pale blue eyes he's pictured wearing in the Fairyland pics and... Ack! Talk about a case of hate at first sight. (His eyes are so big that he kinda reminds me a little of Yder...) While I'm waiting for his Soom Purple Nebula eyes I've got him in the green glass eyes that came with Sateda and, thankfully, they look pretty okay for the time being. In fact, if the Soom eyes prove to be too pale he may end up in them for a while.

Wig-wise he's either borrowing Tarkan's Cancan one or wearing the hacked up DoD one that came with the Homme Kirril.

He's... growing on me. I can't say I was all that impressed on Friday -- in fact I spent a while entertaining myself with the fantasy of immediately selling him and getting a Jess who... Goddamn it... I no longer hate! -- but, yeah... He's okay. ::g::

It means alot to me, Dad, and my family. From the very bottom of my heart I would like to thank you all.
The second operation went very well, the doctor said the surgery went smoothly. 
He's getting better each day, and now is able to slowly walk around in the hospital's lobby. 
The doctor also suggests to take light exercises, to have a good blood circulation.

Ok....this one has passed. And now the real fight has just begun...
All this time, I admit deep down in my heart I still feel very scared, depressed, worried, and anxious...
There's a feeling of uncertainty of the future....
Somehow....I don't think this is his fight....it's actually my fight...

My Lost Pearl outfit arrived on the 7th of May. The shipping notice, however, arrived on the 8th!

Anyway, as I would have felt safe betting money on, it looks better on Kyran than it did on Teahn - who it was actually bought for! ::sigh:: I'm close to simply giving up on trying to buy poor Teahn her own special clothes. I kkeep trying and she just keeps losing them.

Yesterday, 17 days in to the 40 day wait, I received a shipping notice from Fairyland for my fullset Seorin.

While this is not a complaint you hear often in the BJD world... this is too early! I was working with the 40 day wait and I only ordered his Soom eyes on Sunday. (Boo-hoo for me, huh? Thing is, I've decided -- with the notable and unique exception of Teahn's green ones -- that I hate glass eyes and have to get rid of them as fast as is conceivably possible...)

I guess I cancelled the idea of selling them both. Man,...I still luv them. I think I found the part which bothered me very much, but haven't realized it untill a few days ago. The sleepy Cloud has quite a wide and chubby cheek..which is cute actually, but needs a little adjustment. 
I think I'm going to make him cute instead of cool. Coz the head sculpt speaks so. But that's a good thing actually, his cute look is to counter Zack's masculine look. Though, I don't really like to give Cloud a cute image but naah I think I can bear it if it's not tooo cute. I'm still going to give him a touch of masculinity XD
 
His spiky bangs are also going to be slightly different to match his facial sculpt. And another thing that I found my particular sleeping Cloud cute, he has a facial sculpt like an Asian XD Which I find it interesting. The original Cloud looks more toward a Caucassian.
I dunno about other ppl's sleeping Cloud though. So he does not look like, your usual western model on a perfume ad XD He's a bit different :) And his small lips XD It grows on me eventually XD Before I don't like his small lips, a man's lips is supposed to be wider than that.
But now I think, it actually expresses an uke-ish image on him XD Smaller lips make a person look calm or feminine looking XD

Haaah...ok then I'll try redo him again soon. But first at least in the next few days, Kagari's head has to be finished first.

Alright so, down to the news ^_^ My dad will have his second surgery tomorrow at 10 am. The second surgery is to join back his intestine to the colon. I'll be there before they begin the operation. And Dad will be hospitalized for 5 days.

Despite these photos being far from fabulous -- lighting, space, general lack of skill issues! -- because I went to the effort of taking them I may as well *share* them, right?

Advisory Board Nominations Begin

This morning we are opening the nomination process for the user-representative positions on the LiveJournal Advisory Board. A full description of the process can be found here.

To get you started, here are the basic things you should know:

- You may only nominate yourself
- Each nominee will need 100 motions of support in order to be eligible to be a candidate
- We ask that you keep your comments on the nomination posts to "I support this nomination" or something to that effect; be kind to those who will need to count the "supports", please.
- Although the nominations and election poll will take place in lj_election_en, you do not need to watch the community in order to keep up with the election; we'll announce everything here as well.

Everyone here at LiveJournal is looking forward to this first-ever User-Representative election! We'd like to thank everyone who is participating. Some words from our current Advisory Board members:

Before I get around to posting the admittedly rather average group shot I took of the dolls yesterday, allow me to introduce Killian, my Juri A on his FD Body which arrived last week.

To be honest I was unimpressed with his 'finished form' at first and was about to happily start looking around for a new head for the body when I put the Another Space fur wig on him and... just like that, my mother fell for him and, well, I started to feel... fonder... towards him.

::gasp:: He looks sort of... *manly*!

So, for now he stays...

Personality : Golden child. Loves to please his mother and is generally nice. Occasionally he has a mean posessive streak, and would let his thoughts be known. Loves the camera and acting.

Relationship : Is in a flirtatious relationship with Elder.

P/s : Hahaha he's my darling, and I have the least background story about him. It's because he just -is-. There's nothing to create about him. He's just my darling boy <3
Maybe in the future as the others' story are developed, we'll find out things about him too^^
